The Board of Governor has approved a plan to make members to libraries of PLF within Punjab. PLF shall provide Grant-in-Aid only to those libraries that shall get its membership paying membership fee and annual subscription.
PLF shall provide grant to the libraries according to their needs and for purchase of books as per their requirements.
