Monitoring

The importance of transparency is always on the priority of Punjab Library Foundation. In this regard, the Board of Governors (BOG), Punjab Library Foundation (PLF), discussed in its various meetings that there was no proper system and mechanism available to monitor the Libraries and their performance / efficiency after reciving Grant-in-Aid from PLF. In this regard, a committee was constituted comprising on the members of BOG/PLF, to keep an eye on the performance, smooth functioning and the true utilization of grant in Libraries. Presently, a mechanism has been developed  to regularly monitor activities and working of libraries particularly utilization of funds provided by PLF.

In pursuance of the decision taken in the 56th meeting of the Board of Governors, Punjab Library Foundation, Lahore held on 16-04-2018, a Inspection Committee has been constituted. Inspection Committee comprises of following:
